Here it serves as a decorative light object, creating beautiful highlights. The remote control comes into play, when cooking begins: The island hood floats down elegantly at the push of a button, to the ideal position for maximum efficiency. Now it’s time for the hood to do its job. The modern EC fan motor provides for efficient low-noise vapour capture. Cleaning air the smart way.

A remote-controlled genius

The standard berbel Skyline Edge island hood is fitted with a lift function, a powerful berbel recirculation filter, a stainless steel ceiling plate, LED hob and effect lighting. Like all berbel hoods, it naturally also benefits from the powerful berbel principle for efficient fat separation. A large selection of ceiling connections enables both optical and functional enhancement. The pictures above show the ceiling connection with full retractability that allows for the hood to completely retract into the ceiling.

Planning information

Simple installation due to provided ceiling mounting plate and ceiling connection of only 30 mm in height (except for fully and partially withdrawable consoles)
The connections for the JetStream technology must be planned during the ceiling construction phase. Sufficient installation space and an exhaust air duct are required for the use of the JetStream technology.
