The signature design and optimised fat separation are not the only features of the successful Formline model that have been further developed. The discreet, redesigned sensor-touch operating panel reacts to the gentlest touch and enables fast, convenient control of the functions. The EcoSwitch function makes it easy to switch between recirculation and exhaust air operation, depending on the cooking or weather situation. The colour temperature (2,700 - 6,500 Kelvin) and the dimmer for the LED hob lighting can also be adjusted via the operating panel. The new, dampened opening mechanism reacts to gentle touch and makes daily handling easier. The collection tray can be fully removed and like the stainless steel interior, it is very easy to clean.
A new feature integrated into the Formline is the berbel BackFlow-technology, which ensures maximum vapour intake and doesn’t give vapour from cooking or roasting the slightest chance in the kitchen. The classic stainless steel design is available in five widths (60, 70, 80, 90 and 120 cm) and is also the ideal choice for small flats, single-person households or open-plan apartments.
