Downline Compact is the entry model into the berbel hob extraction world. Derived from the great success of the Downline, fully equipped for high quality kitchens, the functions of the hob and cooker hood have been adapted to the needs of mid-range kitchens. Thus, berbel presents to retailers the optimum solution for all end customers who want maximum headroom and optimum detection of haze and, above all, above all, want no annoying fat filters in their homes.
With the arrangement of the cooking zones and the performance of the individual hobs, berbel has adapted to the needs and cooking
behavior in modern kitchens and offers Downline Compact an economical and well thought-out alternative. The touch control panel has a discreet effect on the glass surface of the 83 cm wide induction hob. Its controls are only visible when the cooktop extractor is put into operation.
The operating modes are manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically controllable. Unlike the fully equipped Downline, which features an aluminum inlet grid and a movable Powermover, the new Downline Compact comes with an onepiece plastic inlet grid, which can be removed for easy cleaning.
Thanks to the patented berbel principle a permanently effective extraction of cooking and frying vapours is also guaranteed with the Downline Compact. With centrifugal force and without performance-reducing filters as well as the use of powerful and quiet EC fan motors, grease and oils are effectively collected. The frameless black glass ceramic surface of the hob extractor fan can be harmoniously integrated, whether flush or surface-mounted, in every kitchen and living ambience. Optionally available is a hob frame for fitted hobs in matte black or in stainless steel.
The entry model berbel Compact is available from June 2019 in exhaust air or recirculating air version.
