The lifetime of the berbel ProAktiv active carbon is around 350 operating hours. We then recommend that you replace it, which can be done easily and cleverly thanks to the sophisticated berbel concept: The old active carbon can be replaced, and the housing is retained. It's really practical! You can optimise the lifetime of the active carbon even further by using the automatic afterrun function after cooking.
