berbel receives five awards

Rheine, 8 September 2016 – Distinctive design and a modern mix of stainless steel and glass materials make the ceiling lift hood Skyline Edge Light an attractive and very practical kitchen companion – an extractor hood that leaves nothing to be desired.  This was also reflected in the decision made by the Plus X Award jury. The ceiling lift hood by berbel received awards in 5 categories. What the jury members found especially remarkable: the newly developed and innovative technology, the extraordinary design, the smart and simple operating concepts with a wide range of features as well as high quality achieved by using high-grade materials, paired with top-quality finishing.

The latest model of the Skyline family is equipped with sophisticated technical features such as height adjustability by up to 1.2 metres. One particular highlight is its ability to switch between being a light object and an extractor hood.

The latest LED technology ensures optimised glare-free illumination of the hob and can be set to the desired light colour using the standard Light Temperature Control. The effect lighting of the two large luminous side panels makes this ceiling lift hood an appealing light object, even when it is not in use. A ceiling connection with glass trim and ceiling effect lighting, the option to control the hood via a smartphone, special custom colours, full or partial retractability into the ceiling and the revolutionary JetStream technology are just a few of the countless optional possibilities that this masterpiece of finest “Made in Germany” technology has to offer.
