The fully equipped Skyline Edge Play is characterised by various new features that allow for the island hood to be perfectly adjusted to individual cooking needs and preferences. The island hood can be controlled without needing to touch it, allowing for easy adjustments while cooking. The new effect lighting with berbel Motion-Lights creates a special atmosphere at any time of day or mood. The slim, linear body brings an air of elegance and clarity to any kitchen.
Innovative gesture controlThe Skyline Edge Play features innovative gesture control that allows for various settings to be adjusted through hand movements. It is not necessary to touch anything with wet or dirty fingers. Theheight is adjusted via the lift sensor on the right-hand side of the hood. Commands such as switching on the hob lighting or fan level adjustment are detected by the action sensor that is centrally
positioned at the front of the Skyline Edge Play. A perfect view of everything that is going on on the hob is ensured by the hood’s hob lighting, while the new uplight feature provides for indirect ceiling lighting. Fascinating effect lightingberbel Motion-Lights are another special effect lighting feature, they create a unique lighting atmosphere in the kitchen. Up to 12 lighting sequences that reach from smooth colour transitions via dynamic light effects through to calming colour effects, enable users to adjust the appearance of the island hood to their current mood or the kitchen’s ambience. Numerous optionsAll functions such as height, fan and light settings can be controlled via the berbel+ app. Up to 16 scenes, two preset and 14 freely configurable scenes, can also be stored. They are combinations of individual settings.The ceiling connection plate for the Skyline Edge Play has to be ordered separately. It is available not only in stainless steel, but there is also a range of ceiling connections made of glass that match the colour of the hood: matt black, black, white or silver grey. For an even more individual option, it is also possible to choose a glass plate in a custom colour from the RAL colour system at an extra charge.
